Dumaguete, Philippines Jake Verzosa (b. 1979) is a Filipino photographer nominated for World Press Photo and exhibited at Photoquai, Paris. He indulges in social research through still photography. His portrait series called The Last Tattooed Women of Kalinga, about tribal women in the Northern Philippines has been exhibited in Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Singapore. His photographs are in the permanent collection of the Musée Nicephore Niepce in Chalon-sur-Saone, France.
